Adobe creative suite- Adobe XD Looking for a junior to mid-level resource, someone fresh and eager to learn and grow but coming in with design experience. Description This individual will be working on an RD team at Stryker working on new products. You are going to be working on their cutting-edge navigation software used within operation rooms. The team is working with new ways to work with the data to provide a better user experience for the surgeons. The goal of this software is to reduce the cognitive load on surgeons and raise the overall bar for Stryker. You will be taking input from others, working with team, taking feedback from VOC events, and iterating on the user interface, working with team to define changes that need to be made. They are utilizing the adobe creative suite, heavily Adobe XD. Work Environment Pending the project you are working on a the time you will be working with the cranial teams, multiple spine teams, a large group of software developers, and QAs. They have daily meetings and communication is frequent. It is expected to be on team calls to provide status updates regularly. They are working with jira, they have tickets assigned to people. work in agile setting and have sprint work expected to complete and working with team to determine timelines. For the most part Matt is going to determine what they are working on day to day Skill Requirements Looking for someone who can confidently put together wireframes and be able to produce final assets to plug into the system. Someone with strong compositional skills, be able to design and make the work look nice. This person needs to align to the Stryker culture- very sharp!!! They do require everyone who is a full-time employee to pass the Gallop, the goal is to hire this person full time. To be successful you need to be able to take initiative, self-motivated worker, going to on your own at times and expected to get your work done and then some.
