We're looking for a hybrid designer, so not one for the UX purists, but nevertheless a good contract for the right person:

- A hybrid - someone who can think through complex problems and take it all the way from IA to finished design.
  • Someone who has experience in retail and is data driven in their approach.
  • Data is a big requirement. Using data to analyse existing user journeys and to identify areas of improvement.
  • Sketch and InVision is a must. Principle or similar prototyping tools would be great.
