BridgePhase is hiring a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. Using a fast-paced, flexible Agile methodology on a modernized Cloud platform, you’ll build Web sites expected to feature advanced techniques and functions to satisfy the various customers we serve. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Join us as we build systems to change the civil and federal markets for the better. You will be responsible for coding unit testing, integration testing, bug fixes, implementation, as well as ongoing support of the product delivered.
We have multiple openings supporting a long-term contract with a Government customer in Chantilly, VA. All candidates must have an active Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of full stack software development experience, including experience with Java, frontend (JSF, Struts, JSP), and database development (SQL)
Strong understanding of AWS technology offerings and fundamentals
Exceptional understanding of Object-Oriented programming
Highly proficient with source control systems
Ability to work in an open team environment
Highly effective verbal and non-verbal communication with peers and clients
