An experience Front End Developer with strong React development experience, is required on an initial 3 month contract working for a specialist consultancy working fully remote.
A developer who is proficient with React.js (16.8+ i.e. hooks). Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows.
Job Responsibilities
* Developing new user-facing features using React.js
* Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
* Translating functional requirements (User Stories/Tasks) and wireframes into high quality code
Required Skills/Experience
* Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
* Ability to deliver well-tested code consistently in an Agile, CI/CD environment
* Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs
* Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms
* Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
* Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack/Parcel, NPM/Yarn, etc.
* Familiarity with Git
