eCommerce Developer and Web Admin (Remote)

Ours is a small llc that is growing every year. We sell via various shops online, some of which have a strong brand (the llc is an umbrella and not the brand) and have incredible potential to grow even more. Especially if you join us as a 30-hour/week website admin/eCommerce developer to expand our presence into new platforms. What we can offer is a calm and lovely workplace where you check in at least two times a week yet work remotely most of the time, and mentorship from a former Fortune 100 HR/Training/Development expert with extensive experience coaching and developing others. So yes, you'll help our company, and in return you will gain valuable experience and development to help your career.

Responsibilities include:

* Develop at least one Shopify Plus store, which in and of itself is huge and requires data transfer, data entry, and more

* Optimize search placement through SEO research and Google Analytics

* Possibly develop a second Shopify store

* Set up MailChimp campaign templates, the technical part, not the content

* Other technical skills that may fall into the category of eCommerce expansion; i.e., grow presence on eBay, possibly other platforms.

Skills you bring:

* Excellent technical skills in working with eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify

* Ability to learn quickly

* Attention to detail

* Excellent execution, ability to meet deadlines

* Ability to work well with others, have a direct communication style

* Proficiency with grammar and writing is a plus

* Graphic design and visual creativity is a plus

* Experience with retail merchandising is a plus

Work environment:

* We have a fairly large workspace, and we require two days a week where we collaborate and work in the same space. The rest of the time can be done remotely within the Greater Albuquerque area.

* Open to 24 hours minimum

* Coming from a high-performing corporate career, the business owner has high expectations and high standards, and is clear on the vision and will not set you up for failure via ambiguity and lack of direction.
