Job Title: Contract SQL Developer
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire (Remote working from home)
Rate: £240 to £260 per day
Duration: 3 months
We are looking for an immediately available SQL Developer with experience of reviewing, documenting, and developing in a SQL Server environment.
We are looking for a SQL Developer who has worked in a collaborative environment - focusing on SQL Server and SSIS technology with the ability to work remotely.
Project Focus
This role will be working entirely on a HR data project focussing on Datawarehouse integration requirements.
Analyse the current HR DWH source data, staging tables and DWH outputs Define fields / data required from the current system and mapping required within the integration platform Execute relevant changes to the HR DWH staging tables, processing and logic to update the HR DWH Document the HR DWH LLD and end-to-end process Accountabilities
Provide support to review, develop and document SQL processes and procedures that require updating Design, develop and test data integration and output for integration associated with the HR project Document the SSIS jobs in our SQL environment to aid the handover to support after go live Assist with regression testing of Tableau reports / dashboards Experience Required
Proven ability with MS SQL Server and Integration Services development. Strong SQL Server development capability (T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS).
