As a AWS Architect, you are required to build Python pipelines to load data into an AWS platform. You will be working for one of the most competitive betting companies in preparation to help them with their transformation into the cloud.
THE COMPANY:
This company are one of well-established UK betting firm who have recently formed a partnership with another firm to enhance their online presence. In order to store and secure customer data, the BI team are working towards converting to an AWS platform from an Oracle legacy system. A Python expert is required to build pipelines to transfer the data from their Oracle database.
THE ROLE:
As an AWS Architect, you are required to have queried data using SQL and to have built Python ETL pipelines. The ideal candidate will have worked on a transformation project into AWS. You will be using Airflow however, if you have experience using Nifi, Oozie or Jenkins then that would be a good replacement. Moreover, if you have a background using BI tools, this would benefit your application as you'll be working closely with BI Engineers.
