Sr. Product Designer

Senior UX/UI Designer

Studio10SF is recruiting for a Senior level UX/UI Designer. You'll be working cross-functionally with a team of designers, marketing stakeholders, product managers, developers, and customer advocates primarily on our marketplace and third party developer experience. Super complex work, but super important.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for crafting the complete user experience with the cross-functional team, from early stage research and ideation through implementation and iteration based on key success metrics. Activities might include:

• Facilitating design workshops including stakeholders, developers, customer advocates and other designers

• Visualizing the user journeys using our clients personas

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes expressing the experience synthesizing team feedback, identified user and business needs, and observations from both qualitative and quantitative data about user behavior

• Design for responsiveness, all major use cases, and error states

• Conduct research appropriate to the phase of project to ensure that designs meet customer and business needs

• Identify opportunities for A/B tests and experiments that would help us better understand users’ behaviors and needs

• Establish success metrics and work with the team(s) and our clients analyst to generate, report on and own them to drive success.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years professional experience design with an updated portfolio

• Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and facilitation skills

• Experience working in a complex environment across multiple teams, geographies, and business units

• Ability to leverage design guidelines and components to create designs that fit within a cohesive system of designs

• Emphasis on using qualitative and quantitative measures as well as peer and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities to inform and refine design solutions

• Experience designing eCommerce flows, B2B, and Developer solutions

• Ability to be physically with the team based in San Francisco and Mountain View (flexibility to work in both locations, some remote work ok)
