Job Description

An employer is looking to hire a Software Development Leader/Manager on the east coast to manage a team of off-shore developers. The application is a customer Claims and Returns app and is written in .NET (C#). You will be responsible for leading daily stand-up meetings with the team, working closely with stakeholders and business analysts, and translating requirements into technical specifications. Strong interpersonal and soft skills are required. This will be a 6 month contract to hire.

Minimum Requirements

10+ years of experience in Software Development

7+ years of experience managing/leading software development teams

5+ years of experience reviewing requirements and translating them into technical specifications

3+ years of experience working with and managing off-shore teams (must be flexible with scheduling)

Agile and/or Scrum experience
