Job Description
As a Product Designer, you will own all aspects of the design of the product. From understanding the core problems of clients, agents, and team to materializing feasible and usable solutions. You will work with the management team to build experiences that resonate with our users on our website, mobile apps, and beyond (emails, landing pages, etc.). Flexible hours (a mixture of working from the office and home)
You will:
- Help define and design user experiences on our website, dashboard and mobile apps.
- Talk to users and look at data to understand how and why our users use FastExpert.
- Work with product management to define a successful, repeatable design and discovery playbook
- Help us build out scalable design practices, including the development of component libraries and design patterns
- Own and execute on all aspects of design and user experience product and brand/marketing
- Create UX/UI specs that clearly communicate the experience and requirements of a proposed solution
- Contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
We hope you bring to the table:
- You have 3+ years of experience as a designer.
- You are able to provide a portfolio or examples of prior work.
- You're a generalist, and excel at anything from UX work and wireframing to fine-grained visual design.
- Comfort with an iterative design process, that includes seeking out and acting on feedback
- A keen eye for UX and UI details
- Ability and motivation to work as a solo designer without close supervision
- 3-5 years of experience as a product designer
- Primary experience in UX design across the web and mobile products
- Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and the like is a must
- Bonus, but not required: Frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Salary: $55,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
