Network Engineer - 2nd Line - Night Shifts - Remote Working

I am looking for an experienced Network Engineer to provide 2nd Line technical support to a portfolio of End Users.

This is a fully remote contract.

Night Shifts - 12 hours - 4 on 4 off.

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to BAU 2nd Line incidents, in particular ServiceNet customers (support & diagnostics, analysis, software upgrades, patches & bug fixes, config back up & restore, etc)
• Provide technical support to on-going projects and helping transition new customers during their on-boarding process
• Recognise when to escalate technical matters to Service Delivery Manager/3rd Line team.

Skills/Experience required:

• A minimum of 2 years commercial experience in a technical support role within an SLA driven environment
• You must hold Cisco CCNA certification
• A good understanding of ITIL and its processes
• Any knowledge/experience around F5 and Checkpoint is highly advantageous, but not essential
