An employer in the Englewood, CO area is looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join their team! This position will sit fully remote until June (or once COVID allows) and then be on-site 2-3 days a week. This individual will be working on the Grounds Control application for a large aviation company joining a team of 5 people, 3 developers and 2 testers. This application is used by over 150 airlines across the country and is a highly visible system within the company with an SLA of 99.99%. This individual will be doing 90% hands on full stack development primarily using Angular6+ with a focus on implementation. This individual will have the opportunity to also develop and deploy to Azure cloud and perform automation testing with Selenium throughout the role. This team does operate in an Agile environment and has implemented some core SAFe principles such as 2-week sprints, retrospectives with the Product Owner and macro level PI Planning events. They currently utilize Jira for user stories and Azure DevOps for CI/CD. This is a 12 month contract, with potential to convert and/or extend the contract afterwards. This team is looking for independent and bright individuals to join their team immediately.

Your skills
We are looking to hire a front-end web developer who has excellent HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills. You will build W3C-standard, cross-browser compatible HTML 5 sites from Adobe XD or Photoshop mockups.
You should have at least two years' experience building interactive sites with Vue.js, React or Angular.
You should be able to develop a responsive WordPress site from scratch, without help. You should be capable of using custom post types and plug-ins. Experience with Advanced Custom Fields is also important.

We are looking for someone who wants to do more than just carve up mockups. You should also look for ways to improve the UI of our sites. We need you to strive to use technology to make our sites easier to maintain, scalable, faster, more extensible, more attractive and all around better. We use JavaScript extensively and you should be able to write it from scratch as well as use libraries.
Who you'll be working with
You will report to our lead front-end developer. You'll take direction from our project managers and often you will collaborate often with our PHP developers and graphic designers.
Remote work on a contract basis
You may live anywhere in the world, but we expect you to be online 40 hours per week during normal business hours for the GMT -5 time zone (same time zone as New York City). You should be available during each workday on Slack (we will provide the account). You would be a contract worker and therefore the job does not include benefits. The large retailer in the Washington, D.C. area is seeking a strong Senior Backend Java Developer to join a team in the Store Systems organization. At the beginning of their contract, they will be focusing on a large initiative to move all technologies off of old system, in addition to creating a brand-new application that will be used to manage the process for handling damaged, lost items, returns and pricing of items online and in the stores.
