Falcon IT is currently seeking Junior Salesforce Developers for a long term employment opportunity in Arlington, VA . The Sr Salesforce developer will work on a part of a team supporting the TSA.

Provide insight for business analysis
Conduct needs assessments
Assist with technical design and documentation.
Translate requirements into solutions that adhere to platform best practices using the
Force.com platform
Configure applications
Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution
Assist with migration of changes to production
Assist with on-going client support
Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship + must be clearable to Public Trust level Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science (or equivalent) • 1.5 years+ hands on experience with configuration (declarative coding) of SFDC Sales Cloud Ability to understand general business requirements Excellent communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred: • SFDC certification (any) strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com platform best practices
• Experience in one or more of the following aspects of a Force.com project:
Custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce) Integrations with back office systems through the use of middleware tools Data migrations • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team • Experience working in an Agile development environment
