About Us The business-stack is expanding to include Edge Computing. Organizations need compute+data to execute safely across constantly changing environments (i.e. ad-hoc asynchronous ecosystems). That’s where we come in. Our operating platform makes it possible for complex organizations to mix and match compute+data across tech-stacks into just-in-time, unique solutions. Our product orchestrates Smart Edge Transactions (SETs) that moves both the compute+data to execute across the network-of-systems. Over the next 18-months, we will commercialize our product as a packaged product. And, this is where you come in. About the Role You and our co-founders are building the future of Edge Computing. Your work will redefine decentralized, distributed computing. Together, we will make it possible for any technology on any stack to work together quickly and easily, reducing innovation cycles to seconds and driving a new future of relevant products and services. Over the next 18-months, we will commercialize our product as a packaged product. And, this is where you come in. You will be working with our co-founders to: Design, build, implement, deploy, benchmark and maintain key functionality. Co-plan and co-design the subscription product and compute+data exchange; Champion a new way of thinking about computing and testing those ideas; Create a company and culture where you and others can unleash your creativity. About You Starting day one, you will work with our co-founders to prepare product to be sold as a stand-alone packaged product. You will be most successful if you have full-stack experience working across distributed-and-decentralized architectures (peer-to-peer) and an appetite for innovation. Also critical to our collective success are concise communication and time management skills. Qualifications The minimum requirements are just that; bonus will be reflected in salary adjustments. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: BS/MS in EE/CS or other applicable discipline; 5-7 years work experience in software design and implementation; 5-7 years with large distributed, decentralized, ad-hoc and asynchronous ecosystems; You love Java, C/C++, ObjectiveC, C#; You have a proven track record of collaboration with team members; Startup experience. BONUS SKILLS Masters or PhD or practical experience in distributed systems, with emphasis on peer-to-peer architectures; You have delivered distributed technologies such as hash-tables and hash-chains, virtual-machines, and abstract types; You have worked with location independent execution, the semantic web, and cybersecurity.
