URGENT NEED - Experience BI Developer (OBIEE) role in NYC!!!

Duration: 12 months + contract (high visibility of going longer term)
Location: New York City 10038 (Onsite role; remote work allowed only during the pandemic therefore local candidates preferred)

Our Client has a need for a Business Intelligence (BI) developer to drive creation of reports, dashboards, and analyses for Lead Inspections for Private dwellings project to build multiple components.

The candidate will execute following tasks:
* Create data profile of the subject area mentioned above
* Create ETL mapping documentation
* Create ETL packages for loading data the above subject areas
* Create dimensional logical, physical data models
* Create BI models in OBIEE Performance tune and optimize queries
* Assist development teams in the build out of schema and database technologies
* Development of complex reports/dashboards

MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
* OBIEE Design and Deployment: 8 years
* Oracle Business Intelligence Dashboards, Reporting Design and Development: 5 years
* ETL Development via Oracle Data Integrator (ODI): 3 years
* Experience with Oracle Database: 5 years
* Writing SQL queries to perform complex data analysis: 3 years
* Experience with Oracle Database: 5 years
* Solid understanding of dimensional model (Star Schema & Snowflake Schema).

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
* Demonstrate understanding of Agile or other Iterative development process.
* Excellent communication skills and values accountability.
* Experience in the build out of schema and database technologies
* Exposure SQL Server and SSIS a plus
* Experience in implementing Data security strategies
