Spring Technology are currently recruiting for an experienced Remote DevOps Consultant with a strong focus on Puppet to undertake an initial 6 month contract for a leading FS client.
Working on a global automation Programme, the Consultant will be required to provide SME support and guidance The successful candidate will be required to provide technical leadership surrounding cloud and automation by providing SME support and guidance.
Sample Tasks: - Responsible for any tasks which fall under Puppet Enterprise (Capacity management, DR Testing, non-critical changes and ensuring up to date and fully supported) - Maintain and support Puppet integration with Splunk - Develop Splunk reporting - Support PE Production Integration Environment - Maintain Puppet API - Puppet troubleshooting
Required Skills: - Expert knowledge of Puppet. - Unix/DP/Windows/Middleware - Knowledge of Splunk
