Our client seeks a DB2 Database Architect to perform advanced DB architecture work Tasks Recommends and maintains data management policy Provides expert technical leadership to the applications development and technical staff installs and maintains software on multiple mainframe platforms Plans, tests installs, and updates to software Coordinates software upgrades with system DBAs and advises application development staff on the use of database software, database designs and data models, efficient data access, and is available for eveningweekend on-call duties.
