Description:
Discover, Evaluate, Propose Solution and present high level design approach for Verizon systems in consideration of North Star Architecture. Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire product. A minimum of 5+ years of experience is desired.
JOB DUTIES:
1. Domain experience with Customer Service, ability to understand concepts like CX, Customer Behavior, DNA etc. Preferably Telco or some other service provider.
2. Knowledge of Adobe Marketing, SalesForce, and Pega platforms, how they are used in the Industry and previous experience integrating with Enterprise Systems (one or more of these platforms)
3. Good understanding of SOA. Micro services, Mobile and Digital Web Development frameworks.
4. Strong awareness of Industry trends in customer experience - chatbots, IVR, etc.
