SAP FI/CO Consultant (100% Remote)

Scope: Information Technology professional responsible for configuration and maintenance of SAP FI/CO modules. Provide end user support in all FICO areas

Duration: 6 – 8 months

Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Work with the business teams to develop and maintain the necessary SAP FICO configuration in support of business process requirements.

• Assume a high level understanding of the organization’s business models and system configuration and design.

• Identify and recommend solutions to fill system gaps.

• Deliver detailed design specifications for system solutions.

• Perform SAP configuration.

• Develop any new user FICO documentation and conduct user training.

• Deliver fully integrated solutions across system modules and functional areas.

• Develop implementation plans and lead teams involved in cutovers and enhancements.

• Provide cross-functional problem determination and resolution management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5 years experience as a FICO systems analyst. One full cycle SAP implementation preferred.

• Experience as Accountant or Financial Analyst highly desirable

• Thorough working knowledge and configuration experience in multiple SAP FI modules: FI, AA, AP, AR, AA required

• Knowledge of SAP CO modules:

• Experience with substitution and validation rules

• Previous experience working on S4 Hana Cloud is a plus but not mandatory

• High degree of self-motivation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, electronic).

• Ability to think in strategic, conceptual terms.

• Strong technical documentation, problem solving and analytical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per year
