We provide Design and Graphic Production services for clients for both final print production as well as digital presentation material for use on the web and within stand-alone client presentations.
What the job is:
The Print Production Designer will work remotely supporting a large, global Pharmaceutical client. This Production Designer will work closely with an experienced On-site Client Manager who serves as a primary contact between the client and We Are Alexander. Because of the nature of this position, the Print Production Designer must be a self-directed, self-motivated individual with the ability to manage existing projects and determine what work is required. In addition, the Production Designer is responsible for seeking out additional work/responsibilities and look for proactive ways to improve or enhance communication and workflow processes between client and We Are Alexander.

Essential Functions:
Design and develop layouts for PPT presentations, HTML emails, as well as other client materials.
Develop concept layouts and story boards
Develop and produce final artwork for delivery to the printer or other third-party fulfillment agency
Collaborate with proof readers, copy writers, technical quality control and other specialists as required in work development
Maintain documentation of job progression and track projects to ensure timely completion
Act as liaison for printers/publishers to understand their specifications
Education, Experience and Skills:
Degree in graphic design or comparable field or relevant experience
Proficient in Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Dreamweaver a must
Mechanical build and pre-flight expertise
Experience in HTML coding a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others and independently
Strong verbal and written skills
Highly organized with strong sense of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong understanding of the graphic process from concept to print or electronic publication
Strong understanding of the exacting nature of the healthcare industry in regard to graphics production to ensure that work meets industry standards
