We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a large logistics organisation located in Central London. The role would sit within their Automated Hours Data capture programme which is looking to transform the way the client schedules and plans daily tasks for its employees in the most efficient way.
Role Profile
Reporting to the BI Lead, you will work alongside a lead BA and other SMEs with business analysis to work on various projects including;
- Gathering requirements; including documentation side, supporting the BSL to deliver end to end solutions alongside data architects, developers etc.
- Stakeholder Management; working with senior internal stakeholders, understanding business needs, liaising effectively and gathering the relevant information required.
- Technical; an understanding of large-scale data / BI/ environments / data warehouses would be preferable - this is more of a business facing role, but the understanding is also key to communicate to stakeholders effectively.
Required Skills and Competencies
Essential:
- Extensive Business Analysis experience.
- Proven history of acting as the liaison between the business, in-house IT teams and 3rd party suppliers.
- Experience of working in data and BI projects.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering projects in complex governance environments using both Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Enjoy working on multiple projects with a pragmatic delivery approach.
- Experience leading and managing teams
