About the Role:

My client is urgently looking for an experienced Android Developer/Mobile Software Engineer to join a Mobile Engineering team on a long term contract in based 100% remotely. The successful Android Developer/Mobile Software Engineer will work with a team of designers & engineers developing new products and platforms for customer base, building interactive experiences & touch points throughout the consumer journey. You'll be working in a fast-paced multicultural team working closely within the wider global development team, product owners and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing the mobile app working across interface design.
• Developing new product features and integrating with other services.
• Assisting the BAU team maintaining and improving existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability
• Ensure all apps meet technical standards set by our industry

Requirements:

• Excellent Native Mobile Development in Android (Kotlin)
• Excellent communication skills
• A solid background of Android Development/Mobile Development
• Excellent knowledge of Java Development
• Knowledge of developing trends (RxJava, Kotlin, etc)
