We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Zendesk, a leading customer support platform. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Zendesk to enhance our customer support operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of customer support processes.

We're ramping up on a exisiting engagement which is assessing & reviewing current estate and need a Principal data consultant to join our engineering team. 

Assessment type work:

• Working closely with the assessment team on overall objectives of the assessment.
• Interviewing people. Observing teams and team behaviours.
• Understanding current architecture and tech implementations.
• Writing reviews and recommendations.

Alignment process
