We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Zendesk, a leading customer support platform. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Zendesk to enhance our customer support operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of customer support processes.
