A fantastic new opportunity has arrived in the North West, Liverpool area for a CRM Developer.

The Microsoft Developer will provide extensive CRM Design, build and test capabilities to ensure effective day to day running play a key role in supporting, building and implementing solutions. Working closely with projects, business teams and analysts.

The company is investing in a number of 3rd party software products to support their key business functions. You will be part of the digital transformation of the company. You'll be responsible for getting the best out of chosen software applications, ensuring the configuration, and the way they interface with others is efficient, consistent, controlled and effective.

Some key responsibilities of the role-

  • Participate in design meetings, working with project teams and business users to advise on options for CRM / case management design, configuration, development, and integration.
  • Lead the build of the CRM / case management workflow, forms, screens, and views
  • Define and implement configuration management principles and methodology

Essential skills required-

  • Extensive experience of configuring /customising CRM / case management applications, specifically Microsoft Dynamics preferably Dynamics 365
  • A detailed understanding of the principles that generate strong, reusable and scalable configuration design.
  • Experience of developing in the Visual Studio stack
  • C# and CSS and HTML
  • Experience using .NET framework

The role:

• The ideal candidates will actively participate in a collaborative design environment involving business subject matter experts, Application engineers, process analysts, testers, enterprise architect and business analysts

• Participate in the creation of task-level estimates for activities related to the Dynamics 365 environment including, analysis, development , data migration, testing and validation

• Design and configure CRM applications and components consistent with Microsoft standards and best practices, to provide capabilities and functions to meet business requirements using out-of-the-box configuration

• Oversee CRM troubleshooting issues

• Develop D365 DevOps for CI/CD in the VSTS environment

• Working experience in the public or government sector will be an advantage

• Responsible for Dynamics 365 development, DevOps, Customisation & Configuration and Data Model

The Candidate:

• Must have 5 years of development experience with: Entities, Forms, Views, Web Resources, D365 reports, Service end-points, Data Model, Business Processes Flow, Workflows and the Plugin Model

• The developer will be responsible for Managing D365 solutions, packaging, managing and deploying in the different D365 domain instances

• Must have 5 years of development experience with C#, MVC, ASP.NET and JavaScript. SDK and Javascripts deprecate code upgrade experience is required

• Work as a lead D365 architect and assist members of an BAU team with the design and config work

• Must have development experience of integration patterns for D365 including, Azure Integration services, web services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure App Services, Service Endpoints and SSIS

• The Developer will be working with developing Dynamics CRM in an Agile development approach using the VSTS and CI/CD model
