Intapeople are working with an established and longstanding client who are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their team. This role will be responsible for producing UX reference specifications for the a future platform to support the development of this platform.
• Comfortable planning, executing and facilitating complex UX work independently and confidently
• Experience generating, socializing and refining complex concepts rapidly through sketches, principles, models, and prototypes to evolve holistic solutions across varying levels of detail
• Experience designing information architecture and interaction design solutions for complex sites (e.g. multi-brand, responsive design, email, mobile)
• Experience generating just-enough specifications to support production work
• Confident collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders, such as brand, product, technology, content, and marketing to develop solutions that address both business and user needs.
Responsibilities
• Generate concepts and solutions for pages, flows, components and interactions for a complex websites through sketches, models and prototypes.
• Produce appropriate specifications for the information architecture and interaction design solutions to support visual design and front-end development work
• Communicate design solutions and facilitate discussions with a broad set of stakeholders
• Facilitate and support user testing and user research to validate and evolve the design work through a variety of research techniques (remote research, card sorting, lab testing, fieldwork)

• Sketches, prototypes, sitemaps, journeys, wireframes
• User research notes, reports
