Graphic Designer/Multimedia Producer (Freelance) (Remote)

Title: Graphic Designer/Multimedia Producer
Position Status: 1099-Contract
Salary: Weekly or monthly retainer, TBD

Modern Crop is seeking a creative and self-motivated Multimedia Producer/Graphic Designer to help support the growth of our new brand through the development of digital content. Candidate must be highly flexible and enjoy working in a small business environment that requires being a team player.

Eligible candidates should have the necessary skills to shoot photography/video and do their own post-production work.

Responsibilities

Videography

• Set up shoots including lighting, sound, and other technical equipment
• Capture and edit video footage to produce engaging content for web, social media, and internal training needs

Photography

• Shoot and edit photos for content and social media engagement
• Retouch and enhance images as needed using Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.

Graphic Design

• Create visual aspects of marketing materials, promotional emails, website assets, and social media content (Photoshop)
• Ensure that all marketing materials follow brand standards and are created using the proper logos, color palettes, fonts, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Broadcasting, Film Production, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a creative role with a focus on graphic design
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other editing software
• Demonstrated ability to produce videos from concept to finished product
• Flexibility to adapt to changing timelines and deliverables
