Graphic Designer (Remote)

W-A-S-H is looking for a talented, hardworking, enthusiastic individual(s) to execute and collaborate with. This person will be responsible for creating artwork and logo driven graphics based on direction from the brand Creative Director. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, understanding of screen printing needs and proficient with Adobe suite products. Creating a distressed look, or recreating designs from sketches. Must have a portfolio of work demonstrating their skill, ability and design aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Take and follow directions.
• keep track of notes.
• Apparel graphic screen (production exp.) is a must.
• Must be able to work from and with sketches, and present rough ideas of concepts.
• Proficient with advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• keep track of working versions for future needs
• Create various explorative solutions for the Designer to review.
• Ensure consistency of designs across various collections.
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and graphics.
• Ensure final logos or graphics delivery files are set up in a professional and manageable manner meeting industry standards.
• Must own laptop with working software .

• Must be able to clearly communicate.
• Ability to hand draw is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be located in Los Angeles - if you're out of LA - PLS DON'T APPLY
• Must have a min. of 2 years of work experience in the Apparel industry as a graphic designer
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Must have apparel screen printing production experience.
• Must present Portfolio of work
