Coordinated with related software and IT infrastructure companies to manage budget, app development, web, and windows services. Nurtured and developed teams of four developers: enhancing skills for improved performance. Identifying and improving the best rapid application development frameworks, utilising Artificial Intelligence (AI) and large data. Designed and developed monthly board papers and policy reports that are now company templates for future documents. 

•	Developed an Application Programme Interface (API) for new claims and offer an internal tool for NFU to search and order products; boosted revenue through cost optimization, human error reduction, and double keying.
•	Designed and executed new commodity workflows to handle claims; developed a more scalable and assessable tool for new customers 
•	Reduced working time of technical director by designing a product suite to systematise all MI produced manually for various insurance companies.

IT Director

Developed EPGME.UK (Electronic Postgraduate Medical Education), currently in use at three NHS trusts on the south coast of the UK, reducing administration costs, improving compliance, and giving doctors direct access to their training records

E-PGME(Electronic Postgraduate Medical Education) was created in collaboration with the Postgraduate Medical Education department at Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

E-PGME is a simple to use events management tool, allowing tracking of attendance using QR Code scanning and reporting.
