The goal of this project was to build a digital service that allowed all aspects of Civil Law to be handled online - the service was limited to post prior to this.

Lawbite needed a complete redesign of their formerly desktop only web app in order to launch it on iOS and Android. My role on the project was to take the existing web app (never built with mobile in mind) and work alongside the design and development teams to convert it to a more mobile friendly format. 

This was achieved using Figma, Tailwind CSS and Ruby on Rails, with some exposure to StimulusJS.

The result was a fully functional responsive redesign that was ready to be launched on iOS and Android stores in time for the platform's V2 launch.

Pandle

Pandle is a bookkeeping app commissioned by a Canary Wharf and Wirral based accountancy practice, in active development since 2015. As features were added or updated, it became apparent that design inconsistencies were starting to creep in. In addition to this, as individual views became more complex, more and more code was being repeated to add additional UI elements.

The project's goals were:
- Minimize introduction of design inconsistencies across the Pandle UI as new features are added
- Promote and support DRY (don't repeat yourself) coding practices
- Create a "living" style guide where all components can be viewed and edited in a single location

Part of a car club, got bored of the website that was built on Wix so created an app for them. It's an iterative process but good fun.

Built the full-stack, including GraphQL/MongoDB Atlas integrations. Using Expo as a platform and React Native (w/ Native Base) for the cross-platform app UI.

•	Lead the development and implementation of the technical strategy including managing the technology roadmap for the Alliance.
•	Manage the technical team and partner contractors in developing, and maintaining the tools and infrastructure to support the use of the Alliance’s standards.
•	Define, manage, and contribute to the development of software projects including online manufacturing facilities maps, custom search engine, and decentralized storage using Solid Pods.
•	Lead the Alliance’s work in defining and testing metadata standards and ontologies for a 
•	Evaluate and provide insight into the direction of the Alliance’s projects, including recommendations to the working groups and guidance and assessment of consultants.
•	Contribute to project design and development, writing technical elements of funding bids, help define fundraising priorities with the fundraising task force and support project reporting processes.

•	Led the delivery of multiple software projects to key clients working with the Product Director to implement agile processes along with a streamlined devops.
•	Delivered continuous improvement enhancements by setting up process and templates for projects specs, testing and acceptance criteria, for each feature and release, aligning deliverables and ensuring coherence across technology, customer service, and content development teams.
•	Defined the technical strategy and technology roadmap for the platform and products.
•	Identified, evaluated, and recommended new technology solutions, integrations, partnerships and infrastructure.

Arab Image Foundation

•	Devised the Arab Image Foundation’s (AIF) short- and long-term technical strategy to optimise digital systems, including asset management systems and websites, linked to the various archival collections.
•	Ensured the compatibility between AIF’s database system and online platforms, including documentation of development processes and procedures, and adoption of relevant metadata standards.
•	Developed a custom archival management and display system for photographic album collections.
