101 ways is a digital consultancy that helps great clients do great things, solve challenging problems & build great digital products. As 101 Ways grows, we are looking for a UX designer to join our team.
Some examples of what we need help with are:
- Creating an events marketplace
- Building a platform for grocery delivery
- Building a property valuation platform
- Building backend & inventory management tooling from scratch
We're ramping up on a number of engagements and need senior UX Designers to bring new ideas to the table and steer projects. Our projects are all product-focused with a mix of both greenfield ramp-ups and joining existing 101 engagements, where we already have teams of engineers doing great work. Most importantly we value collaboration, commitment to quality, and a genuine belief in agility.
Interview process:
- Recruiter introduction to discuss projects in more detail (max 30 mins)
- Pairing exercise (1 hour)
- Ways of working/project briefing (30-45 mins)
