Opus is exclusively partnered with a Insurance business Software Provider who are on the look out for a Contract .NET React Developer with extensive commercial experience using Azure for both Development and Cloud Deployment.
The position will be fully remote with an optional day in the Leeds Office. 

Day rate will be dependant on the skills below:

Leading Ecommerce client now requires a talented ‘Full Stack JavaScript Developer’ who is proficient in front and back-end development. (React/Node.js).

This role will be joining their platform team, designing, and building the foundations of which our clients innovative web and mobile applications run on.

What will a day in the role entail?
· Working as an integral part of an agile team contributing towards the planning and development of systems/platforms.
· Collaborating with engineers, product owners and business analysts to define solutions, ways of working and share knowledge across the department.
· Reviewing code and providing support to members of your team.
· Working on client-facing applications in react/next.js
· Designing and building Node.js/GraphQL APIs.

The ideal Senior JavaScript Developer
· Senior level experience in modern JavaScript, written with ECMAScript, Typescript, Node.js, React, Next.js etc.
· Experience designing and developing APIs/microservices.
· Understanding of DevOps/modern infrastructure practices (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI, etc).
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
· Experience working in autonomous agile environments.
· Experienced in front and back-end development (React.js/Node.js/GraphQL)

This excellent opportunity allows you to become part of an innovative award-winning ecommerce organisation who are leading in the travel sector.

The role consists of hybrid working with 1 day per week in our clients Kings Cross office and the rest working remotely.

This is a 12-month contract with a daily rate of £575 p/d Outside of IR35.

We are ramping up on an existing engagement with an innovative events booking platform and need several python developers to start in May/June/July. You’d join a highly skilled team of senior python engineers & product leads that are doing great work, where you would help by:

  • Building backend inventory and supplier integration tooling from scratch with Python and Django in a microservice environment
  • Integrating  with other already established API’s both internally and externally to      manage and update inventory, availability and pricing, and allocation of  people to bookings
