Front End Development contract jobs

Crew Studio are seeking a frontend developer to help us create a series of portfolio sites for a premium creative media group.

We're looking for someone with a keen visual eye for detail who enjoys crafting nicely designed web experiences.

The sites will utilise some common templates and components (although with differing visual presentations) so we're hoping to establish some shared abstractions and re-usable patterns across the themes.

The backend will be Wordpress, but we'll be handling this part so although previous WP exposure would be a bonus, really the only experience necessary will be using a templating language to display CMS content. The stack will likely include the following elements:

• Blade templating
• Webpack workflow with Babel, PostCSS etc.
• Gutenberg for block-based sections
• Scaffolding based on https://roots.io/sage/
• Docker for local development

There will be some JS required for things like carousels, expandable areas and so on. We're keen to keep these light and minimal.

Contract length will be 2 months initially, but with the potential to extend.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated C# Developer to build our equivalent of the Stripe dashboard (https://stripe.com/docs/dashboard) which will allow our suppliers and partners to login to a web portal and manage their account - everything from paying invoicing to placing and viewing orders.

We have all the infrastructure, internal libraries, database models, business logic services, caching, etc... in place and ready to go but missing someone who can stitch it all together in a CRUD-like web interface using ASP.NET Core and a UI framework like Telerik (https://www.telerik.com/aspnet-core-ui).

You will be provided with detailed wireframes (eg. https://bit.ly/3oa5bwH), access to an existing codebase and development databases. You will be solely responsible for the delivery of the application however you will have constant support from our small in-house development team to help you get up and running with all our tooling.

Ideally, we'd like someone who can quote and offer a fixed price once they've fully assessed the brief. The deliverables for this project will be a completed web application that meets the technical and design brief.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated React Developer to help us build out our brand new e-commerce frontend which will power maplin.co.uk, officeoutlet.com, and praktica.co.uk.

You will be working alongside our small in-house development team and a designer to decouple our frontend from our current monolithic Magento theme. We're aiming to move to a mobile-first headless React frontend app built on a JAM stack that makes use of various API's such as Magento for Commerce and Strapi for Content/CMS. 

Learning from our mistakes from our first frontend, we want someone who will take special care to implement clean, high-quality, and standards-compliant code.  

We'll treat you like another member of the development assigning you tasks/distinct areas of the codebase to work on with the aim of finishing once version 1 is complete and deployed into production!

I'm looking for a React Developer to build a React form single-page app. It will need to take in data from an API endpoint and dynamically render Typeform-style forms.

This is a position for a well known financial company.

I'm a developer, not a recruiter, and will be working closing with you on the project.

It's fully remote, flexible hours and outside IR35. I'm expecting 35-40 billable days, but the longer it takes to find someone, the fewer days there will be available.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated UX Designer to come up with the design for our brand new e-commerce frontend which will power maplin.co.uk and others.

You will be working alongside a small development team but will have sole responsibility for the design of this project. Branding guidelines/assets already exist and you will need you to apply these to an innovative mobile-first commerce UI.

As a UX Designer, you will need a strong portfolio that you can show off and experience with Adobe XD or Sketch.

The deliverables for this project will be a complete design system and a set of wireframes that our developers can use to implement the frontend.
