I am working with an established insurance firm based in London, they are on the lookout for Machine Learning engineers to join up with a new project. The client has been on a transformation programme within the organisation to implement Data & Analytics at every level within the business, this is a decision that has been funded directly by the CEO. One of the main projects currently is the development of a product recommender which will predict the next best thing for their customer base, it personalises the online experience and journey for each individual user. For this role we are looking for commercial experience in the following areas:

  • Python and SQL development
  • Algorithm development, Machine learning
  • Personalisation or Recommendation projects
  • Product focused, A/B Testing etc
  • Engaging with Stakeholders
  • Working with Big Data (Spark) - Nice to have

The contract roles are long term, 6 months initially with the view to extend up to 3 years. You can work remotely initially and then it would be a 3/2 split from the Shoreditch office.     Strong knowledge of dashboarding tools including Power BI or Tableau – proven ability to program new dashboards
    Cloud experience in AWS, Databricks, AWS, Airflow is a strong plus
    Demonstrated ability to work independently but at the same time be an awesome team player
