Website Designer/Developer for Medical Start-up (Remote)

Preventa Medical is hiring a highly skilled Website Designer/Developer to help advance our Remote Medical capabilities.

This role is truly for someone to lead and develop our front end and back end website development. They would need to be exceptionally skilled at working independently, and being responsible for selecting the best technology to accomplish our goals.

We're very flexible with this role, anywhere from Full-time, to Part-time, to Contractor are all possibilities depending on the candidates interests and skillsets. Highly skilled interns/Co-ops are welcome to apply as well if they meet the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills

• Proven work experience as a web designer and developer

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

Great to have:

• Google Cloud Platform to connect database to website
• Flutter Web and Dart experience
• Experience developing a simplistic dashboard to show data
• Python

Salary: $23.00 to $35.00 /hour
