Website Administrator (Remote)

The Website Administrator will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and development of the corporate website for an innovative B2B SaaS startup. We are looking for a part-time, independent contractor to maintain the existing WordPress site, and to work closely with the Marketing team to design and develop new content pages, improve search engine optimization, and manage integrations with Google Analytics, Salesforce, and more. This position will report to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Administration of corporate website for B2B SaaS

• Design and develop new content pages, ex. product details

• Integration of website contact/lead forms with Salesforce

• Ensure website is compliant with GDPR/CCPA requirements for opt-in tracking and collecting of user data

• Develop standard reports on traffic and key behaviors for the website.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience supporting Marketing teams

• Website design and development (WordPress, PHP, JavaScript) including graphic design, web page layout, and mobile responsive user interfaces

• Working knowledge of Salesforce data model and configuration

• Search engine optimization (SEO) using Moz, Yoast, Google Trends, or similar

• Configuration of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other tools for measuring engagement and optimizing conversion funnels

• Experience with AdSense, LinkedIn Ads, Hubspot a plus.
