Pertemps Managed Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of government agency based in Cardiff who are looking to recruit a VSTS / Azure Dev Ops Developer
This role is a 6 Month contract falling outside of IR35
The Role:
The Developer will join the Development & Innovation Programme team and assist in the delivery of multiple exciting projects.
The Developer will be responsible for ensuring suppliers are adhering to coding standards and assisting projects with the overall delivery of innovation and quality solutions that meet customer requirements.
Job Specific Responsibilities
- Provide development support to multiple projects within the Programme
- Ensure suppliers meet the strict coding standards in place
- Ensure suppliers are constructing and approaching the solutioning and coding eachof project in the most efficient and strategic method
- Provide the necessary expertise across the application, integration and technology domains
The Candidate:
Essential:
.NET Development in C# - min 7,8 years, ideally 10+ years
ASP.NET development – min 7,8 years, ideally 10+ years
ASP.NET MVC 5
ASP.NET WebAPI 2 / REST
AJAX, HTML 5, CSS 3, SASS
MS SQL
Entity Framework 6 code first
Test Driven Development (TDD) with NUnit and Rhinomocks, min 3 years
Visual Studio 2012/2013 – min 2 years
VSTS / Azure Dev Ops
Agile / Scrum
Javascript UI frameworks: jQuery, AngularJs,etc.
