Talent Plus, Inc., a locally-owned international human resource consulting firm, is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our quality-focused team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and skills with web applications, HTML/CSS, JavaScript and responsive design. Top candidates will embrace Agile methodologies and design thinking while leading the user experience strategy to create an exceptional experience for our web applications. Experience with Git is also preferred.
This is a full-time position that can be Remote/Hybrid or located in our Lincoln, NE, corporate headquarters, due to Covid-19 we allow colleagues to temporarily work remotely or come into the office; contract workers and workers requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered at this time.

Basic Description
The UX/UI Designer will partner with Product Management and Software Development to design and build world-class applications. The UX/UI Designer will work with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build empathy for users and create an exceptional digital experience. We are looking for a creative individual that partners well with other team members and reacts quickly in a fast-paced agile environment. This person will lead the overall user experience design, strategy and execution for our proprietary software applications - user experience design falls into two categories: enhancements to current systems and new experiences for strategic initiatives. This individual will research key functionality options and prototype/test their ideas with key stakeholders leading to high value functionality, quality outcomes and rapid deployment.
