TalentHyve is seeing several strong UX & UI designers with ~2-4 years in the digital space (web/mobile). Your role will be to help our clients reimagine online experiences in a variety of industries. You will work under the direction of our Clients as a subcontractor for TalentHyve, within contract roles that have the opportunity to become full-time.
What You Need:
-- Understand project requirements and concepts quickly
-- An online portfolio showcasing your digital experience
-- Ability to use modern CX tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (including basic working knowledge of Sketch) and Invision
-- Experience (even if it's limited) working with developers and understanding limitations when designing for digital interfaces
-- Ability to accept constructive feedback and creative direction
-- Ability to adapt to changing project demands
-- A natural curiosity to probe for better solutions for interface pain-points
-- Experience with XD disciplines such as user research, persona creation, journey mapping a plus. Ability to review research and translate it into the interface experience is a must.
-- Real-world work experience (not just a school portfolio)
-- Minimum undergraduate degree in the design domain (MFA a plus)
