Overview:
We are looking for a UX resource to help design a global system agnostic prototype for an interface facade that will determine what type of feedback a user wants to receive or give (intent of the feedback)
This person would be working closely with our client's Solution Architect team, web developer, Global People Technology, Network-wide Talent & Impact Center of Excellences, territory stakeholders and end users.
Responsibilities:
You will provide suggested updates & changes to promote ease of work in the system, with an emphasis on user experience and process flow.
You will begin with a review of the mobile experience, then move on to the existing desktop experience.
After all existing features have been reviewed and UX suggestions made, you will review and provide input to ongoing development effort in an agile development environment.

Comfortable working in Agile SCRUM, Lean, or waterfall methodologies.

Conduct task analysis
Conduct User Validation Testing
Understand UX design and ability to form a UX strategy based on real problems.
Ability to understand and design towards MVP
Ability to work with business stakeholders and understand user flows and user experience and working with architects to map it to the technical documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to build effective relationships
Agile backlog management using tools like Azure DevOps (preferred) or similar tools
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources
Well organised; able to prioritise; able to work with very little guidance and with little to no direct supervision
