Location: Manchester (Options to work remotely as and when needed)

Now 5 years later, and with a team of specialists all joined together under a like-minded passion for delivering the best service as possible to customers, the business is looking to further expand their team with the addition of a curious, ambitious and inquisitive UX Designer.

Boasting a number of new contract wins over 2020 with a wide array of noteworthy brands situated across the globe; our client is in a prime position to grow over 2021 and is eager to take on and support the growth of a passionate designer that relishes the opportunity to solve client’s user problems alongside User Researchers, Insight Analysts and Developers.

A highly coveted position that will offer a successful applicant a fantastic opportunity to further their UX career, the role requires a confident individual and highly organised candidate that can approach a problem holistically and push an already evolving industry forward!

Key responsibilities:

•Utilise user insight and data to create thorough answers to client’s user problems
•Work alongside both internal and client teams and gain a full understanding of technical constraints
•Regularly and confidently present solutions to company stakeholders in both a succinct and comprehensive manner
•Proactively identify areas for improvement on the client’s digital platforms and website

Candidate Requirements:

•Possess a passion for user experience and design
•Self-starter mentality that can work both independently and as part of a group
•Analytical mindset that can work calmly and comfortably in a fast-paced work environment
•Previous experience within an agency setting
•Comfortable working within tight deadlines and keeping to budgets
•Demonstrable experience in solution design and the implementation of user insights
•Highly attuned communication skills to a wide array of figures from CEOs to juniors
•Experience in continuous optimisation and testing (Desirable but not required)
