Job Title : UX Designer
Contract : 12+ Months
100% Remote
focus on candidates w/ enterprise/SaaS/Cloud experience with better visual design skills as a priority.
· You will be part of the Product team working on design for exciting features which may include AI-driven recommendations, data visualizations, commerce, mobile, and other new initiatives.
· Deliver your design via wireframes, mocks, storyboards, interactive prototypes, or specs to communicate and sell your vision. We use Figma, but its not a hard requirement.
· Perform research activities to gain problem insights, or to validate design approaches.
· Collaborate with our small design team to provide constructive design critiques.
Required Skills:
· 4+ years of UX design experience on shipped products or services.
· A design portfolio of past work is required to be considered for this role.
· Experience designing for enterprise software is a huge plus.
· You are a self-starter with a growth mindset and a strong work ethic.
· Interpersonal skills that enable you to take feedback from stakeholders, and deliver design that incorporates the best ideas from the smart and talented individuals you work with.
· We're looking for someone who's well-rounded, but with a lean on strong visual design skill set.
· Design system experience would be a plus as well.
Clients Top 3-4 criteria:
· Candidate should have SaaS applications experience
· Case study presentation - It'd be nice if the designer prepares a complete end-to-end case study where they walk us through the specific problem(s) they're trying to solve, their research process, their collaboration, and their user testing (if any).
· Love to hear what designer insights they brought to a project in providing added user/business values
· Communication skills - Whether it's presenting a design, defending one, offering design critiques, or sharing insights - communication (oral and verbal) is a key indicator to the success of a good designer.
· Self-driving - Not a must, but autonomy, and those who take initiatives, follow up on open items, possess leadership qualities are all characteristics everyone wants. We're no exception. Not a requirement, but definitely a strong plus
