Years of experience - 5-7 years, will have a lead and level of mentorship<br />
<p>Top Must Haves:</p>
<ul><li><p>process, user cases, wireframes</p>
</li><li><p>User experience start to end</p>
</li><li><p>Research background</p>
</li><li><p>Sketch requirements, prototyping in vision as tool and sketch</p>
</li><li><p>Building with research of user in mind; developing personas and designing for that- not necessarily producing research or documentation but need understanding of these things</p></li></ul></div></div></div><div></div>
