Norfolk 8342710602315 Temporary Customer Support Assistant (Systems Support team) - Business Support & Development

To provide high quality first line support to Liquidlogic and ContrOCC users contacting the Liquidlogic Helpdesk – either resolving calls at source or referring unresolved calls on to more senior colleagues in the team

  • To log, update and close contacts within the Assyst call management system to maintain an accurate record of contacts received and their status
  • To feed call patterns/themes back to the Customer Support Team Leader to assist with the further development of customer support communications and materials
  • To cleanse Liquidlogic and ContrOCC data as reported by system users to ensure data quality, integrity & accuracy of the system
  • To review and process new Liquidlogic and ContrOCC system access requests in role as data owner
  • To cleanse Liquidlogic and ContrOCC data to support operational business requirements at a global system level where known data quality issues have been identified and prioritised by the Customer Support Team Leader
  • To assist with the development of best practice guidelines for maintenance of data quality for use within the team

Pay Rate: £9.16 per hour PAYE

This is a temporary, but possibly long term role.

“Essential Requirements” – Please check to ensure that your CV addresses the following items:

  • Your address (including post code) and a telephone number so that we can reach you during working hours
  • Your recent UK working experience going back at least 5 years, or full employment history if you have been working for fewer years than this.
  • Your availability to work either immediately, or at short notice.
  • Your DBS check number and date of issue, please. Typically, our clients will nowadays be looking for your DBS to be portable, which is to say supported by a subscription to the DBS updating service. Giving us your disclosure number and issue date with, or better still on, your CV really will help speed things along for you.
  • Qualifications:
    • English and Mathematics GCSE A-C or equivalent plus 3 other subjects
  • Knowledge & Skills:
    • Understanding the needs of the internal or external customer and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions
    • Good communication skills with a positive approach to customers
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Able to cope well and respond calmly under pressure
    • Organised, logical and methodical
    • Good team worker
    • Able to work methodically, reliably and with minimum supervision
  • Experience:
    • 1 years’ experience using social care systems daily
    • 1 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
    • 1 years’ experience of using Microsoft Office products – especially Excel

  • Any local authority/public sector experience
  • Any relevant qualifications held or being studied for

Anticipated Length of Assignment: All of our roles are technically temporary, though opening assignments can be and often are, extended by clients on a longer term basis and can sometimes become permanent. This opening assignment is for 2 months.
