Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Learn and understand our web-based Contract Lifecycle Management software.

Manually test web-based Contract Lifecycle Management software to ensure consistent and proper operations as new features are deployed.

Review existing documentation for clarity, consistency, and correctness regarding proper operation of the system.

Creating new documentation to help explain the use and operations of the system.
- Assist in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting the application throughout the development process.
- Assist in the writing of deployment and release notes.
- Assist in the writing and editing of technical notes and documentation regarding system architecture.

Assist in the writing and editing of Business Requirements documentation.

Assist in the creation of new content and curation of existing content for our internal wiki (Confluence).

The position is located in our Chattanooga, TN office; however, a remote employment arrangement will be considered if candidate has extensive, successful experience in remote work. Due to scheduling and availability considerations, we prefer that remote candidates reside in Eastern or Central Standard Time zones. Metro Atlanta location is ideal.
