Technical Support Engineer - 2nd Line

Our client a large NHS organisation require a Support Engineer to provide support across a varied internal client base. The engineers will work as a member of a designated team to deliver the technical requirements of a range of IT projects.

The engineers will effectively deploy IT Services Systems Infrastructure, Deploy and adapt specific server, storage,including operational and technical documentation, complying with organisational and technical standards, processes and procedures.

Skills Required: Experience of installing, configuring and the operation of Windows Server 2012 and 2016, Candidates will perform and coordinate routine IT project tasks; for example, creation of new Windows file storage areas and restoration of data, experience of active directory and role based security, fixing or escalating issues as they arise in the project environment.
