My client who are a specialist software company and leaders in their market are seeking a Team Lead for their one of their clients based in Essex.
This role involves working in a an Agile team and mentoring software developers and helping them overcome challenges they face.
You will need to have hands on experience in software development in either C, C++ or Java and an excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle.
You will also need to have need to have experience in modern techniques such as Agile, TDD and experience and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
This role also requires you to have excellent communication skills as you will be discussing the project with technical and non-technical people.
This role is paying between £450-500 and is outside IR35.
The duration for this role is 6 months with likelihood of extension.
