  • The Service Desk you will be supporting may have the traditional services which will assist in the deployment, operation, and maintenance of various information technology, but unlike other IT Service Desks, you will be working directly with the customers. Yes, there is virtual support as well! You won’t be limited to the same task day after day. Being a member of a small team allows you to be exposed to a variety of IT issues and challenges. You can work independently yet can lean on others with more or different experiences if you need their help. What else is different? We are under contract to migrate our IT services and applications into the AWS cloud. Experience and learn with us as we support this important migration effort. And...your primary customer will know you by name and you will know them as well. They are an extension of our team working with other users supporting a critical mission for this customer.
  • As a result of our unique work environment, we are looking for a candidate that possesses solid interpersonal skills in addition to the technical aptitude expected from an IT professional. We know you have choices and the need for your experience is in high demand. So if you decide to apply, consider this; Security+ is required for most positions in the Chantilly area. We will bring you on if you are selected and you will have 2 months to get Security+ or any other comparable IT certification and yes, we will pay for the training and the testing. If you are seriously looking for a position in IT and have the required clearances, this is where you want to be.
