Sr Software Engineer - Contract
My client has a contract opening for a Sr Software Engineer. Duration is roughly 6 months. The role is fully remote at the moment and offers 2 days WFH post Covid. They are seeking a candidate that has experience with Java and Python. You don't have to be expert level with both.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be surrounded by best-in-breed engineers who are well versed in Python, Java, SQL, and AWS. Role will involve the following:
Master the overall platform architecture Assist the other engineers who are constantly moving forward on feature requests. Lead the adoption of the latest technologies for scaling our data-driven platforms. Deploy and monitor AWS infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have
5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a fast-paced, web-centric environment. Experience with Python and Java. Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is preferred Experience with high-volume web applications, services, and infrastructure. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
