Remote DevOps Engineer

Education

12+ months

W2 Hourly Rate: $55/hr.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 6 years' of relevant experience.

Technical - Development:

• Extensive python development experience required, Ruby recommended

• Full-stack web development using web frameworks

• Experience integrating/automating processes using REST / SDK-based APIs

• Experience with Git and distributed version control

• Recent experience with a cloud platform APIs including AWS, Azure, vSphere/VMC, GCP

• Experience designing SQL databases and with data imports/exports and reporting

Technical - Operations:

• Strong knowledge of Linux OSs such as RehHat/Centos and Debian/Ubuntu

• Script development using Python, bash, and Perl. Python recommended.

• Experience with configuration management (such as Puppet, Ancible, Chef). Puppet preferred.
