Sr. DevOps Engineer

Position Description:

In order to be considered, the potential candidate must possess the following attributes:

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to rapidly address issues
• Working with Agile S/W development teams.
• Be a part of a team working on a high volume, highly available security platform that is critical to the success of the business
• Take ownership and responsibility over assigned project
• Able to plan and manage the integration and automated testing approach
• Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows
• Knowledge of container platform services including Docker, Swarm, and/or Kubernetes a plus.
• Knowledge of open-source configuration and deployment tools such as Ansible a plus
• Good communication and ability to share best practices with Agile team members

Minimum Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent practical work experience
• Collaborate with the engineering team and play an integral part of design, development, integration and test
• Ability to set-up and maintain continuous integration and automated testing environment
• Past experience coordinating and facilitate exchange/requirements meetings or forums to determine the needs of the SCRUM teams
• Working knowledge of JIRA, BitBucket, Jenkins, and LDRA tool set.
• Problem solver, a fixer, and a creative technologist
• Great team player and communicator, verbal and written
